Case History: Platform for parking and access management and control
In-house providing company of an average Italian municipality that manages public parking and LTZ services.
Customer need
Equipping a tool for carrying out the sale and management of city parking passes, as well as the issuance of tickets for access in LTZ areas, capable of communicating with other systems and infrastructure already in use.
Solution contributed
Development of a cloud platform with web interface for the management and sale of parking tickets and long-term ZTL permits, with access regulated by user authorizations. The system allows for the sale of passes, backoffice operational management, and integration with external systems for access automation and data exchange, including automated parking, ZTL cameras, parking meters, municipal registry, local police tools, and street control.
